1. Use O*NET to research the most important KSAs needed within the job you hope to land after graduation. In other words, what are the 5 most important dimensions of knowledge, 5 most important skills, and 5 most important abilities for the job you chose?
2. O*NET also provides some information about the “O” from KSAOs. What other characteristics (e.g., interests, work styles, values, etc.) strike you as particularly important for the job, if any? Why?
